D-sub molded connector for electromagnetic interference (EMI) countermeasures
The connectors and cables are integrated and shielded with a metal case, and the outer part is further molded with plastic, resulting in a structure that emphasizes shielding effectiveness. The integrated molding of the connector and cable enhances bending, pulling strength, durability, and reliability of the D-sub connector. The replacement of the fastening screws utilizes molding technology, allowing the knurled part (knob) of the screw to be pulled for easy removal. [M2.6, M3, and inch screws] can be freely exchanged. The cables come in three types: AWG28×9-core outer diameter shielded, AWG28×8 pair 16-core outer diameter shielded, and AWG28×13 pair 26-core outer diameter shielded. The connectors can be combined as D-sub 25P/15P/9P/9-15P.
